The Valhalla is made from CNC machined 7075 aluminium and top-quality carbon fibre, the Valhalla bipod has been designed and developed with input from hunters and military, including personnel associated with Norwegian Special Forces. This bipod does not shy from its 'tactical' design and utility, this is what makes it perfect for heavy rifles and rock steady stability at great distances.
Available in grey with corresponding M-Lok and Picatinny adapters.
Installation and Fitting
Valhalla is designed to be a semi-permanent bipod, which can be added before a hunt, to keep your Rifle Cabinet clear for additional rifles. It does not require any tools and can be done instantaneously.
Both adapters are semi-permanent fittings, running on a quick release Picatinny or easy to install M-Lok adapter. Weighing only 72g/2.5oz or 38g/1.3oz respectively.
These adapters provide a spigot on which the Valhalla is then mounted. The Valhalla can be secured to the Spigot in two,non-mutually exclusive, ways: by a quick-release catch that can be easily manoeuvred with one hand and a manual tension lever which also controls the cant function.
Cant is optionally limited by a small Hex Socket Screw, this screw is to stop rifles from slanting over too far, especially for narrower rifles. This Hex socket can simply be removed if it is unnecessary for your setup.
Cant Tension Lever
The Cant tension lever controls the tension applied to the cant functionality. Push the lever forward to tighten the tension and "lock" the cant.
If you would like to change the position of the lever to adjust the "lock" position or for fine-tuning. Pull the lever outwards and rotate, moving the lever backwards will make tightening occur backwards towards the rifle and the opposite having the corresponding effect.
The Valhalla features independently manoeuvrable, two-part legs. The legs function on a pivot on the bipod "body' and operate using a "male" bolt and "female" groove. Simply push downwards (towards the foot of the leg) to move the bolt out of one groove and guide it to another, then simply release the pressure and the bolt will slot into the desired groove.
To extend or reduce the leg length simply depress the spring-loaded latch and move the lower leg section to the desired height and release pressure on the latch. The internal springs assist and make it a smooth and easy process even when prone.
To orientate the latch on your Tac Legs simply unscrew the two grub screws per leg and rotate the leg section to the desired position. Proceed to simply retighten the grub screws, do not excessively tighten.
